We have established a strict full-process control system for lip liner pencils, covering six core links: raw material selection, formula development, mixing and stirring, molding and filling, sterilization and disinfection, and finished product testing. Raw materials need to pass three purity tests before being stored in the warehouse.

During the production process, aseptic workshop operations are adopted, and each batch of products undergoes multiple tests including color, texture, adhesion, and safety. Unqualified products are all destroyed to ensure that every lip liner pencil leaving the factory meets quality standards.

We have established a complete quality inspection laboratory, equipped with professional testing equipment, to conduct comprehensive tests on the product's heavy metal content, microbial indicators, and irritancy, ensuring the product's safety and compliance, and making it exportable to many countries and regions around the world.

Due to being made from natural ingredients and without the addition of artificial preservatives, the shelf life of our lip liner is 18 months (unopened). After opening, it is recommended to use it up within 6 months to ensure its freshness and effectiveness.

Storage conditions should be noted: avoid placing it in high-temperature, direct sunlight, or humid environments. It is suggested to store it in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, out of reach of children, and also avoid collisions with sharp objects to prevent the core from breaking and the shell from being damaged.

To prevent problems such as broken cores and uneven coloring of lip liner, we strictly control two core links: first, the raw material ratio. The R&D team has conducted repeated experiments to optimize the ratio of beeswax, plant oil and color powder, ensuring that the core is tough and not easy to break, while also ensuring that the color powder is evenly distributed. Second, the production process.

We use imported molding equipment to precisely control pressure and temperature, ensuring that the core is fully formed and has a fine texture. Subsequently, it undergoes multiple grinding and inspection processes to eliminate substandard products, fundamentally eliminating problems such as broken cores and uneven coloring.  

The production cycle of our lip liner pencils is determined by the order quantity. For regular bulk orders (1,000 - 10,000 pieces), the production cycle is 7 to 10 days. For large bulk orders (over 10,000 pieces), the production cycle is 10 to 15 days. If there are customized requirements, the production cycle will be appropriately extended by 2 to 3 days depending on the complexity of the customization.

We strictly adhere to the agreed delivery time to ensure that it does not delay the customer's market launch plan, while also guaranteeing the stable quality of each batch of products.
