2. How should the raw materials for lip gloss be processed in the early stage to meet the requirements of subsequent mass production processes?

In response to the distinct characteristics of lip gloss raw materials, we have developed dedicated processing procedures to ensure that the raw material states are suitable for mass production processes.

Solid waxy raw materials are precisely temperature-controlled for melting and filtered to remove impurities, preventing any contaminants from affecting the texture of the lip gloss.

The liquid oil raw materials undergo degassing and homogenization treatment to reduce the formation of bubbles and ensure uniform mixing in the subsequent process.

The colorants and pearlescent powder and other raw materials are ground and sieved to make the particles finer, avoiding the formation of lumps and a granular texture in the lip gloss.

All raw material processing is carried out in a dedicated workshop with constant temperature and humidity.

Lip gloss comes into direct contact with the mucous membrane of the lips. The cleanliness of the production environment directly affects product safety.

We have created a dedicated lip gloss production workshop in accordance with the high standards of GMPC.

The workshop is divided into functional areas such as raw material processing, emulsification and mixing, filling, and finished product inspection.

The filling area meets the 10,000-level clean standard, equipped with high-efficiency air purification systems and ultraviolet disinfection equipment,

and the temperature, humidity and cleanliness of the workshop are monitored in real time.

Staff members need to go through multiple procedures such as changing clothes, washing hands, disinfecting and air shower before entering the workshop.

The workshop is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after daily production.

Regular microbiological tests are conducted on the workshop air, equipment surfaces and operation tables to eliminate the risk of contamination from the environment. 


5. How can the uniformity of ingredients and the stability of texture be ensured in the core emulsification process of lip gloss?

Emulsification blending is the core process that determines the texture of lip gloss.

We use high-precision intelligent emulsification blending equipment to precisely control the process parameters.

According to the requirements of the lip gloss formula, precisely set the stirring speed, temperature control range, and emulsification time.

First, melt and mix the oil and wax raw materials in proportion, then gradually add the colorants, pearlescent powder, and moisturizing components, etc.

Throughout the process, stir at a low speed and homogenize to ensure that all components are fully integrated without layering or clumping.

During the production process, quality control personnel will take samples in real time for testing, observing whether the texture and color of the lip gloss are uniform.

Once any problem is found, they will immediately adjust the process parameters to ensure that the texture of each batch of lip gloss is stable and consistent.

6. What are the key processes in the blending of lip color pastes, and how can color consistency be ensured between batches?


The color consistency of lip gloss is a core quality indicator. We have established a standardized color paste blending process.

The dedicated color paste mixer, based on the color value determined by the formula, uses high-precision measuring equipment to mix the color paste,

ensuring that the proportion of the colorant and pearlescent powder is accurate to the milligram.

During the mixing process, the "multiple small amounts" principle is adopted.

After thorough stirring, a professional color measurement instrument is used to detect the color value, which is compared with the standard color value,

and the deviation is controlled within a very small range.

A sample of each batch of color paste is retained.

For subsequent production, the color of the color paste to be used must be compared with the retained sample to ensure

that the color of lip gloss from different batches is highly consistent and to avoid color difference issues.


7. How can the lip gloss filling process be precisely controlled while avoiding secondary contamination of the product?


We use fully automatic high-precision filling equipment for lip gloss filling, fundamentally ensuring accurate dosage and hygienic operation.

The equipment precisely sets the filling volume according to the specifications of the lip gloss packaging (such as lip gloss tubes, lip gloss bottles, etc.), with an error controlled within 0.1 ml.

At the same time, it is compatible with different filling orifices of various packaging types to ensure no dripping, no leakage, and no residue on the inner walls during the filling process.

The filling process is carried out entirely under a Class 100 clean hood.

The packaging containers are sterilized at high temperatures and then dried dust-free before entering the filling process.

Immediately after filling, the sealing treatment is performed. Throughout the process, the products do not come into contact with the outside air.

After daily production, the filling equipment must be fully disassembled, cleaned and disinfected.

Regular equipment calibration should be carried out to prevent secondary pollution and dosage deviation. 



8. What indicators are included in the multiple tests of lip gloss finished products ?
Before leaving the factory, lip gloss products need to undergo all-round and multi-level inspections, which are strictly controlled by a professional quality control team throughout the process.

The testing indicators cover sensory indicators (color, texture, odor, spreadability),

physical and chemical indicators (pH value, viscosity, film-forming property, color retention), safety indicators (microbial content, heavy metal content, residue of harmful substances),

and at the same time, the sealing property of packaging and the integrity of labeling are also tested.

All tests strictly follow national standards and the company's internal control standards, which are even more stringent than the national requirements.

Only when all indicators pass the tests and are confirmed by multiple people can the products be labeled and warehoused, ensuring that every lip gloss that enters the market is a qualified product.

9. How can the entire production process of lip gloss be traced to ensure that the product quality is traceable and controllable?

enabling full traceability of lip gloss products from raw materials to finished products.

Establish a dedicated production file for each batch of lip gloss, detailing all information such as raw material batches, supplier information, production time,

process parameters, operators, test results, and filling quantity, and enter it into the enterprise's intelligent management system in real time.

At the same time, each lip gloss package is marked with production batch number, production date, shelf life and other information.

10. What are the regulations for the storage of lip gloss and the logistics from the factory?

We attach great importance to the quality control of lip gloss in the warehousing and logistics process to prevent environmental factors from affecting product quality in the later stage.

The finished product warehouse is designed with constant temperature and humidity, with the temperature controlled at 15-25℃ and the humidity at 40%-60%.

The warehouse is divided into different batch storage areas, clearly marked, and follows the "first in, first out" principle.

Before the lip gloss is dispatched from the warehouse, the staff will once again check the sealing of the product packaging and whether the appearance is intact.

Professional cold chain logistics partners for cosmetics are selected for the logistics process,

and shockproof and pressure-resistant packaging is provided to prevent packaging damage and product leakage during transportation.
